My Therapy Services

I offer short-term therapy for adults seeking better communication, clarity, and connection.

Who I work with

I aim to work with all individuals, couples, partners, and individuals in a respectful way, honoring all identities, orientations, and forms of relationship.

  • Individuals and Creatives
  • Couples
  • Partners (dating, committed, nontraditional)
  • Co-parents
  • Blended or transitioning families
  • Adult child–parent relationships
  • Adult siblings
  • Caregivers and multigenerational adults
  • Business associates or professional partners (co-founders, collaborators, team leads)
  • Creative, project-based, or collaborative partnerships
  • Adults wanting to improve communication or repair connection
  • Any two adults or small group navigating conflict, decisions, or relational stress

Individual therapy

I offer individual therapy with a focus on you and your relationship with yourself—staying true to your values and beliefs. Can you work on relationships in individual therapy without your partner? Yes, I can help.

  • Clarifying values, meaning, and direction
  • Strengthening communication and boundaries
  • Understanding roles and relationships
  • Gaining emotional clarity without deep trauma work
  • Improving decision-making and getting unstuck
  • Navigating life transitions and reinvention
  • Money stress and practical life challenges
  • Reconnecting with creative energy and identity

I offer consulting for creative professionals who want to focus specifically on their creative practices.

Relational Therapy (Couples, Partners, Families)

Short-term, structured and compassionate counseling for couples, partners and pairs focused on communication styles, personal values, and clear decision-making.

  • Communication patterns
  • Relational dynamics
  • Emotional clarity
  • Conflict de-escalation
  • Meaning + values-based
  • Strengthening connection + understanding
  • Navigating transitions or uncertainty
  • Money stress and recurring financial issues

My therapeutic approach is practical and strategic—with less emphasis on diagnosis or treatment than traditional, open-ended therapy. Along with advanced training in relationships and art, I also hold a Personal Financial Planning Certificate from UCLA, which helps me support couples around money tensions and decision-making.

A mediation-informed approach to therapy

Mediation is a neutral, fair process to help adults have difficult conversations, make decisions, and move forward with clarity. I have found that incorporating mediation principles like neutrality, structured conversation, and a focus on shared interests rather than “positions” helps my clients feel heard, understood, and to reach resolution more quickly.
