Individual therapy
I offer individual therapy with a focus on you and your relationship with yourself—staying true to your values and beliefs. Can you work on relationships in individual therapy without your partner? Yes, I can help.
- Clarifying values, meaning, and direction
- Strengthening communication and boundaries
- Understanding roles and relationships
- Gaining emotional clarity without deep trauma work
- Improving decision-making and getting unstuck
- Navigating life transitions and reinvention
- Money stress and practical life challenges
- Reconnecting with creative energy and identity
I offer consulting for creative professionals who want to focus specifically on their creative practices.
Relational Therapy (Couples, Partners, Families)
Short-term, structured and compassionate counseling for couples, partners and pairs focused on communication styles, personal values, and clear decision-making.
- Communication patterns
- Relational dynamics
- Emotional clarity
- Conflict de-escalation
- Meaning + values-based
- Strengthening connection + understanding
- Navigating transitions or uncertainty
- Money stress and recurring financial issues
My therapeutic approach is practical and strategic—with less emphasis on diagnosis or treatment than traditional, open-ended therapy. Along with advanced training in relationships and art, I also hold a Personal Financial Planning Certificate from UCLA, which helps me support couples around money tensions and decision-making.

A mediation-informed approach to therapy
Mediation is a neutral, fair process to help adults have difficult conversations, make decisions, and move forward with clarity. I have found that incorporating mediation principles like neutrality, structured conversation, and a focus on shared interests rather than “positions” helps my clients feel heard, understood, and to reach resolution more quickly.
