Before coming to clinical work, I spent decades exploring drawing, pattern design, and large and small installation work. My art practice was focused on repair and sustainability — giving new life to what’s broken, discarded, or overlooked.

I believe it is an artist’s responsibility not only to express Beauty and/or Decay in all its forms, but also to be engaged with the world and reflect the culture around them. Many of my art projects are participatory and community-based, shaped by curiosity about connection, belonging, and repair.
