Individuals

I offer individual support with a focus on you and your relationship with yourself—by establishing and staying true to your values and beliefs. And do I believe you can work on relationships without your partner present? YES.

Some of the themes we can work on together:

  • Clarifying values, meaning, and direction
  • Strengthening communication and boundaries
  • Understanding roles and relationships
  • Gaining emotional clarity without deep trauma
  • Improving decision-making and getting unstuck
  • Navigating life transitions and reinvention
  • Money stress and practical life challenges
  • Reconnecting with creative energy and identity

Creatives

I also provide coaching for creative people wanting to focus on their creative practice.

Couples, Partners, and Families

Mediation-informed, structured compassionate support for couples, partners and pairs focused on communication styles, personal values, and clear decision-making.

Some of the themes we can work on together:

  • Communication patterns
  • Relational dynamics
  • Emotional clarity
  • Conflict de-escalation
  • Meaning + values-based
  • Strengthening connection + understanding
  • Navigating transitions or uncertainty
  • Money stress and recurring financial issues

My approach to couples work is practical, strategic and mediation-informed. I avoid jargon and diagnostic labels whenever I can. With advanced training in relationship counseling and personal finance training from UCLA, I can support your emotional concerns as well as your issues with money.

My mediation-informed approach

Mediation is a neutral, fair process to help adults have difficult conversations, make decisions, and move forward with clarity. I have found that incorporating mediation principles like neutrality, structured conversation, and a focus on shared interests rather than “positions” helps my clients feel heard, understood, and to reach resolution more quickly. Mediation and Non-Violent Communication (NVC) have a lot in common. More about what Mediation is →

PS I LOVE Kids, but I work primarily with Adults 20+. If you have a child needing help, I would be treating you as a family.
