Reconnect to yourself and others
A space to think clearly and move forward.
Who this therapy is for
I work with individuals and couples. 5 Questions to see if my approach might work for you →
You may be someone who:
- thinks deeply and feels a lot
- manages well on the outside but carries more underneath
- is in a transition, loss, or identity shift
- wants something more thoughtful than quick advice or surface tools
Or you may be part of a couple/partnership where:
- communication is strained, circular, or shut down
- something has happened that changed the relationship
- you’re trying to decide whether to repair, redefine, or separate
- you want a calmer, more honest way to talk things through
This work often fits women in their 20s–30s and also later in life, especially at points of change.
Creatives
I also provide support for creatives (artists, writers, actors, makers) wanting to focus on their creative practice.

What therapy feels like here
Not a clinical, checkbox experience — a real conversation—focused, steady, and grounded
Individuals:
- understand what’s actually happening (not just symptoms)
- notice patterns in relationships and decisions
- make sense of conflicting feelings
- find a way forward that feels like yours
Couples/Partners:
- slow down conversations so each person can be heard
- reduce reactivity and repetition
- clarify what’s happening between you
- support more direct, workable communication

Common areas we work on
Individuals
- Anxiety, overthinking, and internal pressure
- Relationships and attachment patterns
- Life transitions and identity shifts
- Loneliness, disconnection, or feeling “off”
- Aftereffects of difficult or controlling relationships
Couples
- Communication breakdowns or recurring conflicts
- Trust issues or relationship strain
- Feeling distant, stuck, or uncertain about the future
- Decisions about staying, repairing, or separating
- Concerns about finances and money
If you’re not sure how to name what’s going on, that’s fine. That’s often where we start. My approach to couples work is practical, strategic and mediation-informed. I avoid jargon and diagnostic labels whenever I can.

Fees and payment
I offer private-pay therapy and do not accept insurance. My clients often find that my rates are the same or similar to insurance once you take into account high deductibles, co-pays, and limits capping the number of therapy sessions.
Individuals

Couples / Partners
- $150/session (50 minutes)
Reduced-Fee Options
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee appointments for Ohio University students and telehealth clients participating through Open Path Collective.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, ACH bank transfer, as well as cash or check via a secure online payment system. A superbill can be provided upon request for out-of-network reimbursement.
